Salary: €90,000 – €120,000

A large, cloud-first organisation is looking for an experienced Identity Security Engineer to take technical ownership of access and identity services across a complex enterprise environment.

This is a hands-on role focused on operating, securing, and improving identity platforms that underpin critical systems and cloud services.

The Role

• Own the day-to-day operation of identity and access governance services

• Act as technical escalation point for complex IAM incidents and issues

• Drive improvements to access lifecycle, reviews, and control models

• Support audits, compliance requests, and security reviews

• Work closely with cloud, security, and platform teams on integrations and change

Experience

• 5+ years in Identity, Security Engineering, or IAM-focused roles

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise IAM / IGA platforms

• Good understanding of access governance, provisioning, and controls

• Experience supporting security-critical services in production

• Cloud identity exposure (Azure AD / Entra, AWS, or similar)
